ADB Scholarship at Kyoto University

Kyoto University is a Public Research University in Japan. Applications are open for the KYOTO University ADB Scholarship 2025 in Japan. The ADB awards 300 scholarships annually to students from developing countries to pursue a Master’s degree program in Eligible Universities under the ADB Scholarship Program. Kyoto University is one of them. It is one of the oldest universities in Japan and consistently ranks among the top universities in the world. The ADB Scholarship is Fully Funded.

The ADB-Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) allows Asian and Pacific students to pursue postgraduate studies at Kyoto University with financial assistance from the ADB-JSP program. The ADB Scholarship covers Full tuition fees, Housing Allowance, Allowance for Books, Medical insurance, and Round Trip Airfare Travel expenses.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be a National of ADB member country.
  • Not hold dual citizenship.
  • Have gained admission into an approved university and approved degree program.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree at the time of admission.
  • Have at least two (2) years of full-time professional working experience.
  • Age should not be more than 35 years old at the time of application
  • Be in a Good Health.
  • Must return to the country and work in his/her home country for at least two (2) years after completion of studies.
