Ethio-Djibouti Railway Share Company is a leading entity in the transportation sector, connecting Ethiopia and Djibouti through an efficient railway network. Committed to excellence and innovation, we are now seeking a dedicated Data Encoder to join our team in Addis Ababa.
The Shareholders Agreement subsequently signed on the 11th day of January 2017 among Public Bodies and State Enterprises of the two countries, to be administered pursuant to the commercial laws of Ethiopia.
Ethio- Djibouti Standard Gauge Railway Share Company invites competent and qualified Candidate for the following positions.
Position: Data Encoder
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Position Overview: As a Data Encoder, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our employee data. You will be responsible for compiling, digitizing, and organizing various documents to ensure efficient data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile all employee document information in a centralized Excel spreadsheet.
• Digitize paper-based HR forms and other relevant documents.
• Implement regular data audits and cleaning processes to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
Gross Salary: 9,718 Birr per month Transportation Service Provided
