About the Job

The Office Assistance receives and welcomes guests in the waiting areas of the Bank, handles visitor inquiries, receives phone calls and handles sending/dispatching and receiving mails to the proper address.

About You

Qualification

  • BA, BSC Information System, Management Information System, Secretarial Science and Office Management and other related fields.

  Experience

  • A minimum of  3 years work experience as Administrative  Assistant Secretary/ Receptionist or related activities.

  • Oral and written communication
