Position: Branch Manager I (Top Urgent)

Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and overseeing the banking operations of the branch. The role ensures compliance with the Bank’s procedures, regulatory requirements, and national laws. The manager will also drive sales and business development efforts, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain operational excellence within the branch.
Key duties include preparing and submitting the annual budget, work plans, and progress reports, as well as actively participating in community activities to strengthen ties with the local business community and promote the Bank’s services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least seven (7) years of banking experience, including one (1) year in a Customer Services Manager or similar leadership role.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong team-building and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in modern management techniques and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Solid understanding of commercial business laws, sector regulations, and compliance standards.
