Position 1: Head Nurse (Ward /1/ and ER /1/)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assigned units effectively.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
- Provide basic and comprehensive nursing care aligned with approved processes.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and share relevant information with healthcare teams.

Position 2: ICU Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, providing treatment and support during recovery.
- Administer specialized treatments, medications, and interventions.
- Monitor medical devices such as ventilators and oxygen delivery systems.
- Perform bedside procedures, including intubation.
- Update physicians, patients, and families on medical conditions.
- Evaluate laboratory results and vital signs to determine necessary interventions.
- Offer emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of two years.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency.
Position 3: Senior Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, recording histories and vital signs.
- Perform nursing procedures, such as catheterization, NG tube insertion, and medication administration.
- Collect and report diagnostic results promptly.
- Ensure proper handover and communicate essential updates to the next shift.
- Maintain infection prevention protocols and manage medical equipment.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of five years.
- Skills: Advanced computer skills.
Position 4: Internal Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Review records, reports, and practices to ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
- Identify operational risks and recommend improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date books of accounts and financial statements.
- Safeguard audit evidence confidentiality.
- Conduct account analyses and surprise cash counts.
- Prepare variance reports for budgeted versus actual hours.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Experience: At least five years in a similar position.
- Skills: Expertise in Peachtree and other accounting software.
Position 5: Cashier
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect payments from clients and issue receipts or refunds as necessary.
- Deposit collected amounts or hand them over to the main cashier daily.
- Maintain accurate transaction records.
- Ensure cash availability during year-end audits.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a similar role.
- Skills: Computer proficiency.
