Skill and educational background
BSc Degree in Architectural Engineering or Construction Projects Management and Computer related courses in Engineering (AutoCAD, SAP and/or Arch Cad) plus a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience of Which 3 years in a supervisory position. Experience in Banking Operations (highly desirable).
Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for preparing architectural and interior design, technical specifications, prepare office layouts and interior works, partitions and furniture/counter works for branch offices in line with the brand manual of the bank, evaluates proposed technical documents, reviews design drawings and specifications and gives supports on heat and ventilation systems for buildings and controls quality of works.
