The Marketing Research and Development Division reports to Corporate Marketing and Sales department and performs the following activities:

Formulates and implements the marketing research policies, practices and procedures.
Identifies and determines the scope of marketing research needs, including secondary research and research design/implementation.
Designs qualitative and quantitative research plans for customer service improvement.
Recommends necessary adjustments to the prices of the products by making sound assessment of the market trend.
Conducts feasibility and market studies on new / modified distributions, prices, brands, quality, new export routes etc.
Analyze research and develop reports summarizing key findings and making related recommendations.

Initiates the need for and designs framework of relevant agricultural development policies, strategies, and guidelines after approval from the company’s top management.
Oversees and ensures core operational functions such as planting/seeding, weeding, collecting, and quality inspection in the plantations/farms and agro-processing units.
Provides technical specifications for the purchase of raw materials (seeds, pesticides, fertilizer, etc.); machinery, and spares as well as participates in the purchasing decisions.
Ensures the planning, assignment, and proper utilization of the relevant operational resources & services (personnel, material, equipment, etc.) on all plantations/farms and agro-processing units.
Ensures that operational policies, guidelines and procedures are strictly adhered at all farms and agro-processing units.
