Key Skills Required
Develop the business sales and marketing strategies.
Ability to conduct marketing research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends,
customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
Thorough knowledge of planning, monitoring, evaluation and research methods
Thorough knowledge of marketing and promotion principles and practices
Comprehensive knowledge of financial industry governing laws , regulations , policies and procedures
Ability to form and coordinate technical teams relevant to areas of assignment
Excellent oral and written communication and human relation skills.
Strong project management skills
Business plan and demand forecasting knowledge and skill
Deep level awareness of Social media and digital marketing
JOB REQUIREMENT
Educational Qualification: BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA degree in Management, Economies, Business Administration, Marketing Management,
political Science & International Relation, Journalism or any other related field of study.
Experience: minimum of 11 years of experience for 1 degree and 8 years’ experience for 2 degree holders, of which a minimum of 3
years of experience shall be in managerial capacity. An experience in core areas of general insurance operations is preferable.
