Job Position 1  – Customer Service Manager I

Required Qualification and Experience
 Education: Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience: Minimum of Six (6) years  Banking Experience
work Place: yayo Branch,Limu Genet Branch,Shay-bench Branch and Tulay Wayu Branch

Required Behavioral Competency

Required Technical Competency
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Knowledge and experience in modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks to provide guidance on quality improvements and operational changes.
Good  knowledge  and  effective  application  of  all  relevant  banking  policies, processes, procedures and guidelines  to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.
Ability  to  respond  to  basic  client  enquires and  instructions  and  the  capability  of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Project management skills.

Job Position 2 – Senior Safety & Security Officer- Technology Equipment’s

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/BSC Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT or related field Relevant professional qualifications and certifications are added advantage
Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant experience
work Place: Addis Ababa

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics and Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum of Seven (7) years relevant experience of which 1 year supervisory Post

Strong leadership and skills to foster teamwork; develop and motivate staff, resolve conflicts as well as ability to provide direction in order to achieve organizational objectives.
Ability to lead, influence and drive change initiatives in support of business strategies within the department/unit.
