Position 1: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the measurement of works, review monthly payment requests, quantities quoted, and unit rates applied.

- Work with contractors and supervision consultants to manage policy, cost, time, quality control, and contractual matters.
- Analyze and resolve potential project issues proactively.
- Oversee work quality, issue certificates, and conduct progress meetings.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and quality programs throughout the project.
