EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by all banks (both private and public) operating in Ethiopia, the National Bank of Ethiopia, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Payment Instrument Issuers (PIIs), and Payment Service Operators (PSOs). Our core mandate includes:
· To Create Interoperability between financial institutions,
· Implement Domestic Payment Scheme,
· Provide National Payment Gateway,
· Serve as Central Interconnectivity for clearing & settlement and,
· Provide shared Platform /Infrastructure services.

1.Director, Domestic Scheme Development Dept
- BA/BSc/MSc/MA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information systems, Management or related fields of studies
- 10/8 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in managerial or senior professional positions
- Competence in Managing team, business analysis, programming and quality assurance
2.Manager, Project(s)
- BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
- 8/6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in senior officer positions
- Competence in risk, quality and cost management and certification is an advantage
3.Senior Product Management Officer
- BA/MA/MBA in Marketing Management, Management or related fields of studies
- 5/3 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position
- Competence in MS Office, ethical behavior, and critical thinking
4.Senior Innovation Officer
- BA/BSc/MBA/MA/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship or related fields of studies
- 7/5 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position
- Competence in MS Office and Competency framework and critical thinking
5.Senior Business Analyst
- BSC/BA/MA/MBA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems or related fields of studies
- 7/5 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position
- Competence in MS Office and Competency framework, Programming and critical thinking
6.Senior Data Science Officer
- BSC/MSc in Data Science or Data Analytics or related fields of studies
- 6/4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in professional positions
- Ethical competence and certifications are advantages or competency in Python programming
7.Senior Software Engineer
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
- 6/4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in professional positions
