We are now looking for a Sales Marketing Manager responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values, and is also expected to assist the management of the company in designing and implementing its marketing strategies.
Your primary responsibilities
- Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team members
- Manages the sales activity of the company’s current products and services and subsequent company expansion services through all channels: showrooms, tenders, outbound sales
- Understand the specific needs of potential branches at different locations, propose and activate such branch offices
- Build an effective communication internal as well as external towards clients
- Provides timely feedback and report regarding sales performance
- Participate in local and international sourcing as per clients existing and anticipated demands

About You
Qualifications
- Educational background: Degree or higher in Business administration, marketing and sales, or related fields from recognized institution
Experience:
- 2 years within the Sales profession in preferably related business
