Position 1: Head, HR Planning and Recruitment

Job Purpose
To support the execution of the company’s strategic goals by streamlining workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and promotion services to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with line managers to identify manpower needs.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, screen applicants for compliance with job qualifications, and summarize resumes for evaluation.
  • Organize written exams and interviews in coordination with HR operations and relevant departments.
  • Conduct background checks to verify the authenticity of candidate-provided information.
  • Communicate recruitment decisions to candidates.
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment processes, including medical checks and registration with the social security fund.
  • Coordinate new employee induction and onboarding with the Learning and Development unit.
  • Maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and employment agencies to source talent.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: BA or MA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Development Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years for BA holders; 3 years for MA holders.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS solutions and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong time management skills.

Position 2: Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and lead a sales team, providing training and support to achieve sales targets.
  2. Regularly order Truck and Bus vehicles from manufacturers or authorized distributors.
  3. Develop persuasive sales presentations to highlight product benefits to customers.
  4. Participate in tenders, preparing competitive proposals to secure business opportunities.
  5. Expand the customer base through proactive relationship building.
  6. Analyze competition and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
  7. Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries.
  8. Plan and implement marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
  9. Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
  10. Assist in determining selling prices through market analysis.
  11. Gather and analyze market data to inform sales decisions.
  12. Evaluate tender outcomes and present reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven background in vehicle sales, particularly Trucks and Buses, with leadership experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and sales presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
    • Knowledge of tender processes and marketing activities.

Position 3: Quality Control Expert

Job Purpose
To ensure all company products meet or exceed established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections at all production stages to ensure quality.
  • Analyze error logs and data to identify failures and propose solutions.
  • Develop recommendations to optimize production processes.
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for compliance.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures and records.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years for BSc holders; 1 year for MSc holders.
