Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
- At least one year of experience in sales or a related profession.

Role Purpose:
The Area Sales Representative acts as the primary link between the company and retail outlets, ensuring smooth communication, effective sales execution, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Sales Execution:
- Generate orders and maintain brand standards within assigned outlets.
- Identify growth opportunities to boost sales volume and market share.
- Monitor relationships between distributors and outlets, resolving any issues.
- Promotion Implementation:
- Collaborate with the trade marketing team to plan and execute outlet-specific promotions.
- Track and maintain company trade assets.
- Market Assessment:
- Analyze area information, evaluate outlet performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop outlet profiles based on sales volume, market share, consumer demographics, and more.
- Sales Planning and Execution:
- Create and implement sales plans, including segmentation, outlet prioritization, and target setting.
- Conduct periodic outlet visits to assess stock levels, promotional needs, pricing compliance, and growth opportunities.
- Record actions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Performance Measurement:
- Continuously monitor sales volume, market share, in-trade execution, and progress on promotional objectives.
- Teamwork and Communication:
- Foster transparent communication with team members, distributors, and management.
- Ensure smooth handovers and participate in company-wide initiatives like promotions and deployments.
