1. Manager-Branding & Digital Marketing Division

Job Summary:

Under close direction of Director – Marketing Communication Department, the Division Manager is responsible to analyze market trends, digital analytics to optimize campaigns and improve online visibility and engagement, driving brand awareness, and customer acquisition, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization in the digital landscape.

Skill and educational background

Masters/First Degree in Journalism / English literature /Management/Accounting/related fields; 8/9 years of relevant banking experience; 3/4 of which on supervisory positions;
Proven experience in management or leadership role within the Banking industry;
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends;
Excellent leadership and managerial as well as communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities to identify issues & develop effective solutions
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Place of Assignment: Head Office, Marketing Communication Department

2. Branch Manager I

Job Summary:

Under close direction of District Manager, the Branch Manager Lead and coordinate the marketing activities of all staffs within the branch, ensure full utilization of the customer relationship management system to meet and exceed established sales goals and deliver financial service products to current and potential customers. Strives to meet the Branches allotted budget set by the Bank in terms of all performance measurement factors.

Skill and educational background:

Masters/First Degree in Accounting/ Banking & Finance/ Management/ related field, 5/6 years of Relevant Banking Experience; 1/2 of which on Supervisory position
Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management
Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Bank
Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
Communication and interpersonal skills;
Basic computer application skills
Place of Assignment: Arba Minch & Dilla Branches

3. Senior Software Developer

Job Summary:

The Senior Software Developer is responsible to researches, evaluates, recommends and develops IT systems that meet requirements of the bank; undertakes requirements analysis, system design and system development/customization and integration activities.

Requirements:
M.Sc. /B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related fields, 4/5 years of Experience in software development
Good knowledge of IT principles, concepts and practices
Considerable knowledge of computerized banking systems
Computer application skills
Place of Assignment: Head Office, Application Management & Support Department

4. Senior Database Administrator

Job Summary:

The Senior Database Administrator is responsible to analyses user data requirements; defines database structure and standards for use, control, updating and maintenance of data; establishes database dictionary and develops security and control procedures.

Skill and educational background

M.Sc. /B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related fields, 4/5 years of Experience in database administration
Very good knowledge of IT principles, concepts and practices
Very good knowledge of computerized banking systems
Computer application skills
Place of Assignment: Head Office, Database and Data Warehouse Administration Division

5. Database Administrator

Job Summary:

The Database Administrator is responsible to perform development, maintenance and expansion activities related to databases; analyses user data requirements; defines database structure and standards for use, control and updating and maintenance of data.

Skill and educational background:

B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related fields, 3 years of Experience in database administration
Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and practices
Knowledge of computerized banking systems
Computer application skills
Place of Assignment: Head Office, Database and Data Warehouse Administration Division
