Position 1: Branch Manager


Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 4-5 years of general work experience, including at least 1 year as a CSM I, Manager of Banking Operations, SCSO-Cash I, or equivalent role in the banking industry.
Employment Terms: Permanent after probation.
Salary: As per the bank’s scale.
Job Grade: XI
Location: Finfinne City (IFB Branches)

Position 2: Senior IT Security Engineer II


Qualification: MSc/BSc in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5-6 years of general work experience, including at least 1 year as a Senior Information System Engineer, Senior IT Security Engineer I, Senior Core IT Application Support Officer I, Senior Software Engineering Officer I, or equivalent role.
Employment Terms: Permanent after probation.
Salary: Attractive (as per the bank’s scale).
Job Grade: XII
Location: Head Office

Position 3: Senior Information Systems Security Officer II


Qualification: MSc/BSc in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5-6 years of general work experience, including at least 1 year as a Senior Information System Engineer, Senior IT Security Engineer I, Senior Core IT Application Support Officer I, Senior Software Engineering Officer I, or equivalent role.

Position 4: Manager, Credit Analysis and Appraisal Management

Experience: 8-9 years of work experience, including at least 2 years as a team leader in Credit Analysis & Appraisal Management or as a Branch Manager-II or equivalent role.

Job Grade: XIV
Location: Dire Dawa District Office
