Position: Branch Manager


Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • 4-5 years of general work experience, including at least 1 year in positions such as CSM-I, Manager, Banking Operations Management-I, SCSO-Cash-II, or equivalent.

Workplace: Branches in Adama District (Awash Melkasa, Boru Jawi, Dhumuga) and Hawasa District (Hadero, Konso, Surupha, Dari Eba, Durame).

Position: Manager, Banking Operations Management-I


Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of general work experience, including at least 1 year as Senior Internal Controller-I, SCSO-Cash-I, or an equivalent position.

Workplace: Branches in Adama District (Doni, Seru) and Hawasa District (Hadero, Konso, Surupha, Dari Eba, Durame).

Position: Senior Customer Service Officer, Cash-I


Qualification & Experience:

  • BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year as a Customer Service Officer, Customer Relations Officer, or in a similar role.

Job Grade: IX
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Workplace: Branches in Adama District (Dhumuga, Gado Guna) and Hawasa District (Hadero, Konso, Surupha, Dari Eba, Durame).

Position: Internal Controller


Qualification & Experience:

  • BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year as a Junior Officer or in a similar position.

Job Grade: VIII
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Workplace: Branches in East Finfinnee District (Beshale, Bole Moeco, Dalo Budena, Dambi, Dhoka Bora, Figa, Gara Baru, Gara Guri, Golbo, Harbu, Jate, Loke, Magarsa Bari, Selam Mesgid, Kajima), Adama District (Dhumuga), and Hawasa District (Hadero, Konso, Surupha, Dari Eba, Durame).

Position: Customer Service Officer

Position: Senior Credit Analysis & Appraisal Officer-II


Qualification & Experience:

  • 5-6 years of general work experience, with at least 2 years in positions such as Senior Credit Appraisal Officer-I or equivalent.

Position: Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer-II


Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • 5-6 years of general work experience, with at least 2 years in roles such as Senior Marketing Officer-I, Senior Strategy Officer-I, Senior Research Officer-I, or equivalent.

Position: Compliance Management Officer


Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of general work experience, with at least 2 years as a Junior Compliance & Risk Analyst or in an equivalent position.

Position: Junior Secretary


Qualification & Experience:

  • BA degree/Level IV in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Management, IT, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Position: Mechanic


Qualification & Experience:

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Afaan Oromoo (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory; knowledge of English and other local languages is advantageous.
