Position 1: Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Level IV or BA degree in any field.
- 2 years of experience (1 year for BA holders) in reception or related roles.
- Strong communication and reception skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Somali is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Position 2: IT Support Technician
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Customer service experience; language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with telecom application software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Position 3: Secretary / Personnel
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Position 4: Call Center Operator
Qualifications:
- Level IV certification in a related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience; language proficiency is an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
