Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, controls and supervises the overall activities of the Department. Ensures the efficient Savings mobilization, and loan screening, approval, disbursement and timely collection of loans. And also ensure effective mobile money operations and promoting the system in order to known to public and registering the clients through the system. Advises management on Savings, credits and mobile money operation policies of the institution. Participates in the preparation of the strategic plan and financial budget of the Institution. Preparing weekly, month and plan and prepare consolidated operational reports.
Technical and Other Skills
Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully implement the Organization’s Strategic Plan;
Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels;
Ability to mobilized fund from different sources.
Ability to work with different partners.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Work experience as an operation Manager or similar role.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire others.

Skill and educational background
B.A degree in Accounting/ Economics/Management/Business Administration and related field of studies.
Experience: a total of 12 years of experience out of which at list two years as operation/department manager position in the financial institutions.
