Job Summary:
- Responsible for managing various HR functions for district offices and branches within the assigned district, ensuring the retention of highly skilled and qualified personnel in alignment with the Bank’s human capital strategy, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.

Position 2: Branch Banking Auditor I
Job Summary:
- Oversee branch-level banking operations to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, while assessing the adequacy of the Bank’s internal control systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Sound understanding of the banking sector and its operations is essential.
