With a portfolio of more than 50 SKUs and a broad reach across Ethiopia, we are poised to expand into regional markets. We are now looking for proactive and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in the following roles:
Position 1: Store Assistant
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or retail is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory tracking systems or software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
Position 2: Data Encoder & Reporting Analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Proven skills in data entry, reporting, or analytical roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and other data management tools.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Effective communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Position 3: Human Resource and Administration Assistant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently under deadlines.
