Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the Job

Objectives

  • Generate leads and convert them into clients: Actively seek out potential buyers (Leads), build relationships, and effectively guide them through the real estate process.
  • Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed established sales target number of closed deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver outstanding service to clients throughout the entire sales procedure.
  • Stay updated on market trends: Maintain a deep understanding of local real estate market value, laws, and regulations.
  • Build a strong professional network: Develop relationships with other real estate professionals, and industry experts

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales volume of properties sold within a month
  • Number of closed deals
  • Conversion rate of leads into clients
  • Client satisfaction ratings regarding sales consultant performance
  • Number of referrals
  • Time to close the deal
  • Number of new lead generation
  • Customer retention

Salary/ Compensation: 3% Commission + Performance based bonuses

About You

  • Two years and above in real estate sales experience, who can provide a reference or proof of document of the house sale in the past
  • Able to work with others and a good team player 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
