Driver

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Driving assigned vehicle while ferrying staff or assets on official work
  • Ensuring that vehicle are clean at all times
  • Receiving and delivering of goods to project areas and/or anywhere else as instructed by line manager
  • Checking basic maintenance (oil, coolant, water, tire pressure, battery water) regularly, maintaining a daily log of all trips, mileage and fuel consumption
  • Safeguarding the vehicle and all of its contents in his custody
  • Ensuring that the assigned vehicle is well serviced and in good mechanical order
  • Report any theft, damage on the property on time to immediate supervisor
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing of the travelers  and of the vehicles,
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Logistics Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assigns motor vehicles and drivers for passengers: Compiles list of available vehicles.
  • Assigns vehicles according to factors, such as length and purpose of trip, or passenger requirements, and preference of user.
  • Records time of departure, destination, and expected time of return.
  • Directs activities of drivers,
  • May maintain record of mileage, fuel used, repairs made, and other expenses
  • Issues record sheets to drivers.
  • Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls
  • Scheduling daily and weekly routes
  • Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
  • Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
  • Receive and dispatch orders

Business Development Specialist

Objectives of this Role:

Represent EBS TV’s services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of our clients.

Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.

Develop and implement sales action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field

Responsibilities:

  • Locating and contacting potential clients to offer their firm’s advertising services and persuading clients to purchase EBS’s advertising spaces and packages by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising;
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients to present advertising proposals and address their concerns;
  • Perform market research to determine new marketing opportunities as well as plans to capitalize on them effectively;
  • Receive and review information about clients’ products or services to better serve them and provide a strategy that is tailored toward their specific needs;
  •  Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities;
  • Attend sales meetings, industry trade shows, and training seminars to gather information, promote products, expand network of contacts, and increase knowledge.

HR Officer

Duties and responsibilities:  

  • Maintains staff personal files (which should include all the required documents as per the staff file checklist). 
  • Work closely with HR Manager and assist on the process of registration and notification of staff with Pension Agency. 
  • Identify vacant position, and organize assessment methods and involve in recruitment and selection process with related department members and produce all the required reports.
  • Ensures that all new hired staffs’ Inductions’ is scheduled and conducted with the relevant department. 
  • Assists the management of employees grievance based on the Silver Spring Production and Promotion PLC manual and Ethiopian Labour low.  
  • Follow up and ensure that all staff files are with updated and signed JDs, and also staff performance appraisals are done in a timely manner.
  • Maintains and updates leave records for all staff and ensures monthly leave report is updated.
  • Assist in implementing vehicles insurance policies and updates.
  • Manages staff exit process which includes managing clearance, final payment, work certificate, etc.
  • Arranging written exam and interview date with the concerned department unit
  • Summarizing the written exam and interview result and inform to the selected candidate
  • Follow up of employee attendance 
  • Produce periodic reports on the assigned area.
  • Performs any other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
