Trainee Role and Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities of a Trainee to join the Human Resources Department are:
- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Screening resumes and applications.
- Conducting Interviews.
- Updating the internal databases with employee information to ensure it meets the internal requirements.
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
- Updating job descriptions.
- Organize internal events related to colleagues.

Required Qualification and Skills
