- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient with the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Computer literacy
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Job title: Driver
Required No: Six (6)
Location: Addis Ababa
Duration: Full Time
Starting Date: Immediately after employment agreement concluded
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school graduate
- At least 3rd Grade or above Valid Driving License with a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Driver,
- Experience in repairing Vehicles (Auto background) is an advantage
Additional Information:
- This position may require weekend or evening work.
- Drivers may need to work in various weather conditions.
- Drivers may need to travel cross country.
