1.Junior Accountant
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. The Junior Accountant will also be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
General Mission
Maintain financial record and control financial activities to have timely and reliable financial report for decision making to enhance the performance of the company
Main Duties and tasks
- Maintain complete and accurate supporting documents for all financial transactions.
- Accomplish coding for payment vouchers, Issue Sales Invoices and Receipts
- Follow-up commission Receivables from Ayat S.co (our major client) and go to the company when necessary for collection in a timely manner.
- Keep all records on our IT system
- Prepare all monthly required tax declaration and feed in online declaration format of ERCA before the Ethiopian calendar date of 25
- Facilitate parking services for staffs and keeping their record correctly to settle liabilities.
- Prepare Monthly Payroll, Checque payment vouchers
- Keep the record apartment buyer’s payment receipts on the given spreadsheet format on the same date shown in the receipt.
- Perform any other assignments provided by immediate supervisor and other managers
- Holding petty cash and pay for approved and accurate requests.
- Pay monthly bills like tel. bills, utilities, office rent and other payables on timely basis.
- Follow-up Accounts Payable and calculate agents’ commission payment on monthly basis and transfer to Accountant for Check preparation.
- Keep record of Sales agent detail information on the given spreadsheet and calculate sales agent Commission.

- Assist Accountant for annual fixed asset count and perform other duties as required given from immediate superior

2.Graphic Designer
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The Junior Graphics Designer will assist in the creation and execution of visual designs for various marketing materials and digital assets. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, be proficient in graphic design software, and possess a passion for creating visually appealing and engaging designs.
General Mission
Design and create graphics with top-notch designing skills to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logo for advertisement and promotional use
Main Duties and tasks
- Develop the entire layout and production design for publications, blogs, advertisements, brochures magazines, websites, medias and reports promote the sales of company products/services
- Creating visual text and imagery concepts, communicate ideas that inspire inform or captive clients
- Coordinating with Graphic Designers in creating supporting graphics/illustrations
- Conducting in-depth research before developing full scop design works and brainstorming new graphics ideas
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas and develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

- Using Computer programs, review final layouts and suggest improvements, as needed
- Produce still and animated graphics for on-air and taped portions of television news broadcasts, using electronic video equipment
- Develop high quality design which is suitable for print.
- Responsible for any additional related activity on his assignment which comes from his boss
Competencies and Professional skills required

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Knowledge of digital design best practices and ability to create designs optimized for various digital platforms.
