1: Junior Brand Management & Communication Officer

  • BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, and any other related fields.
  • Experience: One/1 year of relevant experience preferably in banking industry.

Purpose of the Job:

To provide assistance in the implementation of all branding and marketing communication activities that are designed to meet the Bank’s objectives; creating brand awareness and building the bank’s image and reputation.

Specific Functions:

Follow up proper application of brand visual identity elements as per brand guideline and procedure;
Participate in evaluation of performance of all marketing campaigns;
Follow up the branding activates of various channels and materials such as ATMs, sentry boxes, service outlets and giveaways;
Participate in preparation of the division’s annual plan; procedure manuals, and periodic performance reports;
Participate in activities of market and need assessment for promotional and give way materials;
Perform other duties as required

2: Brand Management & Communication Officer

  • BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, and any other related fields.
  • Experience: Three/3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which One/1 year on officer position.

Purpose of the Job:

To actively participate in the implementation of all Branding and marketing communication activities that are designed to meet the Bank’s objectives; creating brand awareness and building the bank’s image and reputation.

Specific Functions:

Participate in the design and preparation of the division’s procedure, annual functional plan, Budget and other periodic reports;
Propose creative and innovative long- term and short term advertisement and sales promotion programs for target audiences;
Develop a marketing/communication governance process for consistent messaging and adherence to brand/ communication standards;
Perform other duties as required.

3: Branch Manager Grade – I

  • BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
  • Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position.

Purpose of the Job:

To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.

Specific Functions:

Plan and lead the enhancement of the resource mobilization activity of the branch by organizing
and effectively coordinating the branch workforce;
Aggressively engage in marketing and promotional activities by communicating with customers about the products and services available in the bank;
summary accounts of the branch and apply strict follow-up on controllable expenses;
Ensure that transactions are authorized immediately and end-of-business cycle processes are done on a timely basis.

4: Branch Manager Grade-I (IFB)

  •  BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
  • Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position.
