Position 2: Strategy and Program Manager
The main functions of the position;
The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for planning and delivery of strategic program. You will partner and work closely with leaders across the organization to develop programs that support the organization’s roadmap and strategic direction. You will be responsible for planning, organizing and ensuring completion of programs on schedule and budget in pursuit of delivering business outcomes. The Strategic Program Manager will work across a variety of business and technical teams as needed to manage resources, schedules, and financials and adhere to stage gate quality. This also includes management of issues, risks and project/program change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving program delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where personal responsibility and open, direct, respectful communications are essential.
Detailed duties and responsibilities of the position,
- Assist with the real estate portfolio strategy, including rationalization and optimization activities, headcount and space planning (supply & demand management), and critical analysis of space usage
- Provide analysis and support needed for the management of the real estate portfolio pipeline to ensure decisions are made well in advance of lease events.
- Facilitate the development of project level and consolidated analyses to monitor the achievement of our strategy compared to our targets & objectives

Main duties:
- The personnel and general services officer will have a primary goal of providing excellent assistance and support to employees and the organization in managing and developing its human and material resources. Specifically, the personnel and general service officer will have responsibility for the following:
- Arranges employment procedures for vacancies, renewals, leaves (Annual, sick, maternity etc)
- Support the familiarization and implementation of HR and Admin initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
