Job Description
- Establish, build and maintain good working relationship with customers (existing and new);
- · Segments area (territory) based on customer segment, volume and geographic location, creates a call schedule.
- · Ensure the implementation of enabling technologies including CRM for both in house and outside sales force of the company and ensure that it is cascaded down to the agents’ sales force through the sales leadership hierarchy.
- · Services existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets, Assist customers and Distributors to obtain their orders;
- · Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers;
- · Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily planned and daily achieved reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis;
- · Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and other trade offerings etc.;
- · Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
- · Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management and providing customers with feedback;
- · Contributes to team effort by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded;
Job Requirements
MA /BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with four (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which two (2) years in similar supervisory or managerial position in FMCG industries or BA degree in marketing, Business Management or related fields with six (4) years of demonstrated experience of which two (2) years in similar supervisory or managerial position.
