Position 1: IT Project Manager
Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology. Professional Certificates in Project Management (added advantage) plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Technology Projects and quality Control which three (3) years should be in a Supervisory role preferably in the Banking sector.
The job holder supports the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific IT projects. He/she provides details on the job performance areas for this role which includes the duties and responsibilities that this role will be required to fulfill.

Position 2: Manager – Branding & Promotion Division
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Journalism & Communication, Language and Literature or Economics plus a minimum of ten (10) years related experience With at least three (3) years in Supervisory role.advantage).

Position 3: Manager – Public Relations and CSR Division

Position 5: Principal – IFB Product Development Officer
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management plus a minimum of Six (6) years’ in Banking operation, with at least 2 years in senior role preferably in IFB services.
The Job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the IFB product development division. S/he is responsible for IFB product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with various work units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. S/he ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Position 6: Senior – Planning and Monitoring Officer
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Economics. Masters in a Business-related course (an added advantage) Plus a minimum of 5 (Five) years relevant experience.
