Job Position 1 – Draftsperson
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma in drafting from recognized institution. Any other certification will be an added advantage.
Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience and competent in preparing as built drawings and shop drawings for building construction site. Strong computer and software skill like, Auto CAD & Other CAD Related software.

Job Position 2 – Quantity Surveyor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSC in Drafting Technology/ Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related fields. Any other certification will be an added advantage.
Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience and competent in quantity surveying on high rise building construction site. Additionally, excellent construction project technical and monitoring skill, strong computer and technical skill with specific experience in Microsoft office suite (Excel, word, power point)

Job Position 3 – Procurement & Logistic Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Second/ First degree from recognized university/ college in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management/ Management/ Accounting or other related filed. Any other certification will be an added advantage.
Experience: 4 years for second degree or 6 years for first degree relevant work experience preferably in a building construction company. Strong computer and software skills are required.

Job Position 4 – Safety Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: First degree from recognized university/ college in Occupational Health Safety Management/ Building Technology/ Construction Management or any other relevant field.
Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience preferably in a building construction company. Additionally, skill and experience on site health, safety and environmental plan preparation and implementation, Environmental hazards and risks mitigation.
