Sales and Marketing officer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled Sales and Marketing officers to join our TV station. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the sales and marketing initiatives of the TV Station.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage relationships with key customers and partners to increase sales and build long-term partnerships
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to drive marketing and Program strategies.
- Create and maintain a strong brand identity by developing effective marketing campaigns
- Identify new markets and customer segments to add values for the company benefit
- Analyze sales and marketing data to create performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with other departments such as editorial team, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- BA/MA in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- 2 + years of experience in sales and marketing
- Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth in a TV station or similar media industry
- Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
TV Reporter
Responsibilities:
- Research and gather information on assigned news stories through various sources, including interviews, press releases, and online platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with current events, trends, and developments in local, national, and international news.
- Attend press conferences, community events, and other relevant activities as required.
- Adhere to ethical standards of journalism, including accuracy, fairness, and impartiality.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications, Literature or a related field.
- Minimum One year experience as a TV Reporter or similar role in other Medias.
- Strong on-camera presence and excellent public speaking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of media laws and ethical guidelines.
