Job Description
Summary
ICAS is currently seeking an experienced Professional and invites all qualified applicants to apply for the position as Manager HR.
Primary Responsibilities: –
- Create Company’s Strategic recruitment and selection plan.
- Plans, Organizations, and Supervises the overall activities of human resource Department.
- Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
- Coordinate the administration and negotiation of Labor union and other contracts.
- Manage employees’ grievance, disciplinary and other administrative issues
- Manage overall company training program
Job Requirements
Education: –
- MA or BA in Management, Business Administration, Personnel Management or related field.
Work Experience: –
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience for a Private organization in an HR function of which a minimum of 5 years on HR Management position.
Skills: –
- In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Knowledge of HR system and databases
- Good communication, Presentation and interpersonal skill
- Ability to manage, guide and lead employees
