Assistant Teacher
General Purpose
Assistant teacher help and support the main teacher manage a classroom of children who are five years and younger.
Job description and Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment for children
- Assist the main teacher in ensuring the physical, social, cognitive and educational excellence of children
- Ensuring that the classroom is attractive so that the students enjoy their surroundings while learning process
- Provide support to the main teacher in planning lessons and daily activities based on the principles of child development
- Oversee children to make sure that they are safe during outdoor activities
- Assume the main teachers role in the absence
- Daily interaction with children to provide range of stimulating activities to promote all areas of learning.
- Promoting positive values, attitudes and good child behavior

Education and Experience
- Higher education Certificate
- English speaking is mandatory requirement
