1.HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Ability to work in at least one programming language (ex: JavaScript, Python)

3.Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for complex tasks in various financial functions such as
  • budgeting, auditing, forecasting and analysis
  • Contribute significantly toward the creation of monthly ITS-EPA IV
  • Client facing financial budgetary briefing and reporting to provide
  • Insight into overall business operations status
  • Prepare monthly forecast, risk assessment and variance analysis for
  • Senior management stakeholders
  • Act as focal point for team leads on client facing Basis of Estimate
  • (BOE) derivation and communication relative to Technical Consulting
  • Project estimation and budget development
  • Develop long-range staffing and financial funding requirement models
  • In collaboration with the management team 
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as
  • Other government regulations
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor and assess financial impact changes of indirect rates on cost reimbursable expense tracking
  • Tracks and reports on all program financials using approved TO
  • Reporting formats (e.g., financial, accrual, burn rate reports, and other reports as required)
  • Assists with data gathering to support preparation of invoices
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities in business intelligence analysis
  • Provides TZDB billing and JIRA support
