Performance & Total Reward Officer is responsible for assisting in designing effective employee performance management processes to set clear expectations, provide feedback, foster employee development, recognize and reward employee contributions. In addition, the role holder is responsible designing reward programs, and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices that align with the Banks’ strategy and banking industry benchmarks.

Online Learning & Development Officer is responsible for organizing online trainings by scheduling, designing, facilitating, and coordinating internal /external-training programs. The role holder is also responsible for managing the proper design and distribution of training materials and arranging training site/room. He/she also participates in assessing training needs and outcomes.

In addition, the role holder is responsible for developing competency assessment framework and taking a part in design competency development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in the Bank.

Senior Online Learning & Development Officer is responsible for coordinating and assessing current and future online training and development needs of the Bank through internet or other computer networks. The role holder prioritizes needs, prepares training and development action plan and implements same upon securing approval. S/he also designs and recommends training programs and training methods, coordinates and organizes trainings and evaluates the trainings outcome and impact.
