- Education: MA/MSc in Vocational management, adult education, cooperative management, economics, project management, community development, social work, sociology, and other related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional job experience (baseline assessments, monitoring and evaluation, impact evaluation, data collection and analysis, etc.)
- Place of work: Amhara Region
