MSD is a non-profit, civic society organization founded in 1999 to combat the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Since then, MSD works to strengthen the socio-economic development of the wider community, and the nation at large. Through these technical area and services, it reached different hard to reach target groups including early married girls, GBV survivor, OVCs, refugees, PLHA, commercial sex workers and their clients, waitresses, long truck drivers, CSOs, CBOs and the community. Job Summary:
A field Associate is responsible to accomplishes daily tasks and follows up performance of PSNP activities in the field and moving from place to place where the project is operating. By closely working with Program Coordinator, S/he provide array of support and facilitation for smooth program implementation of the program at all level. . The Field Associate will undertake the following responsibilities under the overall supervision of the head of the respective Zonal Coordination office. S/he ensures all project initiatives are implemented to achieve maximum impact as per program and project objectives while remaining on schedule and budget. S/he will work with the implementing partner, donor organization, field level technical team and stakeholders to ensure that HRA project objectives are implemented effectively through each objective. S/he facilitates partnerships with other implementing partners and the private sector at Woreda level to ensure complementarily with existing activities, while ensuring the alignment of HRA implementation in line with the program’s overall approach.

Job Summary
The Enterprise and Saving Lead will be stationed in Debretabor towns where the project is operating. She/he is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the enterprise and saving related activities of the HRA activity at Zonal and Woreda level. S/he ensures all project initiatives are implemented to achieve maximum impact as per program and project objectives while remaining on schedule and budget. S/he will work with Village Enterprise, donor organization, field level technical team and stakeholders to ensure that HRA project objectives are implemented effectively through each objective. The Enterprise and Saving Lead working relationship will be with all technical unite including government offices, business facilities, private enterprises and PSNP program participants to ensure program activities are carried out according to the highest standards and remain responsive and appropriate to the local context. The Enterprise and Saving Lead facilitates partnerships with other implementing partners and the private sector at Zonal and Woreda level to ensure complementarily with existing activities, while ensuring the alignment of HRA implementation in line with the program’s overall approach.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of work plan, activities, targets, standards for measuring progress and results and determine the processes, tools and methodologies to be used to ensure effective and efficient program implementation and operations.
- Responsible as the on ground point person for integration of Graduation and Market Systems Development for PSNP households.
- In-charge of ensuring that activities of Private Sector Actors are properly layered sequenced and integrated into implementation of Graduation
