Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
- Lead initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Able to develop and formulate workable HR policies, manuals and procedures
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations matters
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
- Advise and support managers in conducting performance reviews.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Foster a learning environment to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Mitigate potential risks through proactive compliance initiatives.
HR Technology:
- Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of emerging HR tech trends and assess their relevance to the organization.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the HR team working in different locations /sights.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support for career development within the HR department
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Development or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on creating an enabling work environment
Competency/Prerequisites:
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, specifically on fostering an inclusive and supportive culture.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and well-being programs.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, best practices, and experiences in factory worker management.
