Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
  • Lead initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Able to develop and formulate workable HR policies, manuals and procedures

 Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations matters
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.

 Performance Management:

  • Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
  • Advise and support managers in conducting performance reviews.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Foster a learning environment to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Mitigate potential risks through proactive compliance initiatives.

HR Technology:

  • Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of emerging HR tech trends and assess their relevance to the organization.

 Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor the HR team working in different locations /sights.
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide guidance and support for career development within the HR department

 Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Development or a related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on creating an enabling work environment

Competency/Prerequisites:

  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, specifically on fostering an inclusive and supportive culture.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and well-being programs.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, best practices, and experiences in factory worker management.
