JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Facilitate and plan travel and support in travel-related requests for the Supply chain Function i.e.: Visa requests, Work permits facilitation with agents, residence ID facilitation with agents, Flight booking, Hotel reservation, car transfer and shuttle arrangements.
  • Office and Canteen Standardization Management
  • Coordinate SC Directors and SC LT events and speaking engagements i.e: Townhall.
  • Manage SC Director’s calendar and Schedule meetings
  • Maintain SC Director’s office systems, including data management and filing. • Maintain records of the SC Director’s contacts.
  • Support SC Director in typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations, and take accurate and comprehensive notes and meetings.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in management or any business field. Candidates with previous administrative support experience will be preferred.
