Job Position 2 – Junior Export Doccumentation Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSc. in IT, Management, Economics, Accounting or related field of study.

Main Responsibilities:

Organizing an archiving system.
Retrieving documents upon request.
Adhering to regulatory requirements.
Exchange bank details with client, receive shipping instruction and draft LC
Forward specification to operations for coffee preparation
Ensure coffee is already at warehouse
Ensure client’s approval of coffee
Process certificate (quality, phytosanitary, fumigation, etc.)
Receive permit and forward to transistor along with shipping instruction and Invoice
Follow up, facilitate and secure certificate (quality, phytosanitary, fumigation etc.)
Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
Utilizing storage software and applications for electronic filing.
Follow up and receive staffing report and request BOL
Receive and confirm BOL with the shipping line.

Job Position 3 – Senior Financial and Compliance Auditor

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:B.A in Accounting and Finance, Accounting and related fields
Experience: 5 years’ experience as an auditor, with a working knowledge of different accounting software.

Job Description

Recommending and implementing changes to address procedures and practices that are not compliant with regulations.
Analyzing potential risks within the company and its practices to avoid possible compliance issues.
Analyzing existing compliance records and making all necessary updates.
Planning and designing auditing projects and necessary tasks to be completed.
Ensuring standards of quality and accuracy are maintained in audits and other financial reports.
Meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss findings and audit outcomes.
Developing strategies for junior auditors to improve their work outputs.
Assisting in the auditing process as and when required.
Submitting audits and reports in a timely manner for further analysis by management.
Remaining up to date with developments in relevant legislation and the field in general.
Compiling reports on the results of external and internal audits and presenting these reports to the relevant supervisors and department heads.
Assigning roles to various members of the auditing team.

Job Position 4 – Senior IT Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc degree or higher in Management Information System(MIS), Information System or other related field

Experience
2 to 3 years’ experience within a similar sector
Experience in drafting and designing requirement analysis for ERP development
Experience in managing ERP systems

Job Position 5 – Senior Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Marketing management or other business related fields.
Experience: 4 years’ experience as marketing officer

Duties and Responsibilities:
Guide our Marketing team in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that help improve customer base
Set targets, monitor KPIs, submit data reports, and ensure consistent performance of campaigns
Establish systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services
Review business reports, conduct surveys, and optimise top-of-the-funnel campaigns with a targeted approach
Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns on our social media platforms (Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, etc.)
Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and evaluating trends
Provide necessary feedback to the Marketing team on key observations after analyzing campaign reports, ad budgets, etc
Conducting price survey.

Job Position 6 – Senior Export Doccumentation Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA degree in logistic supply chain management, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing or related field of study.
Minimum 5 years’ of work experience out of which 2 years Senior documentation officer in Import and export preferable in FMG Company.
