Position: Marketing and Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience across various platforms.
- Create captivating and visually appealing graphics, including infographics, images, and videos, to support our social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate our participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to raise awareness of our products and services.
- Research and apply for grants and funding opportunities to support our company’s projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for stakeholders, investors, and potential partners.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, campaign performance, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize our marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media management, graphics design, event marketing, fundraising, and proposal preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, event marketing, fundraising, and proposal preparation.
- Proficiency in using graphic design tools and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and present ideas effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the latest social media trends, platforms, and analytics tools.
