Now we are looking for competent HR Trainings & Development Division Manager, forimmediate hiring.

Objectives & Responsibilities of the position:

  • Development of cultural change, principled working culture & good working environment.
  • Develop staffs educational, motivational, social integration events plan/ proposals & schemes preparation and implementation on getting approval.
  • Follows staff performance plan and appraisal activity is carried out on time, checks staff’s movements (vertical/ horizontal) and their due remuneration…etc.; are made in accordance with established policies.
  • To prepare, disseminate, voices tostaffs at all regional offices and to partners, on Moti-Engineering Company -principled HR Administration & related publicity issues.
  • Conduct training need assessments, proposes and organize training programs;
  • Ensures the staffs awareness on company’s HR policy, procedures and regulations.
  •  Prepare, edit and disseminates educational and informational sign/written in different forms, for internal society and to outsiders as required.
  •  Develop measurement tools and evaluation method of employee satisfaction.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Organize the need, propose trainings, coordinate and facilitate its implementation

  • Coordinate staff training and human resource development initiatives of the organization;
  • Identifying training & developmental needs of staff propose suitable courses of short or long terms, and organizes trainings in collaboration with DPTs & other concerned;
  • Organize & schedules new employees technical & familiarization education programin collaboration with employee’s DPT;
  • Travel to branch offices to enhance HR & Adminprocedures/practices as well as  to disseminate and ensure the healthy execution  motivational plans, benefits and welfare information of staff;
  • Assist partner staffs in training needs.
  • Ensures the periodic performance evaluation form distribution and employee’s proper evaluation; by checkups & education on how to complete; summarize and reports deviation (if any) and follows the corrective measure. 
  • Participates in policy revision / updating and documents various HR Reports;

Behavioral change & cultural Development

  • Enhances staff performance and maintenance by establishing motivational and reward system;
  • Facilitateand ensures the implementation and staffs compliance to:
  • Company’s Code of Conducts & BUSINESS ETHICS including uniform & dressing code, disciplinary matters and on agreed company standards building; in collaboration with level of management. 
  • Disseminate information to all level of staff regarding medical & life insurance coverage and other benefits with additional internal developments took place.
  • Initiate & assist in carrying out salary and benefits surveys, merit increment and adjustments need.
  • Promotes workplace safety and conducive working environment;
  • Handles staff exit management and related activities, ensures exit interview is filled by departing staff.

Representation and Legal cases

  • Handles employee relation issues;
  • Assists Legal Advisor and theHRM  on court cases;
  • Performs other related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • knowledge of HR principles, office procedures and practices;
  • knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law and other applicable laws;
  • Excellent in all office package and other software usage skill.
  • Excellent communication skill, persuasive, negotiating and presentation skill.
  • Excellent skill / fluency in writing and spoken language in English and Amharic is mandatory.
  • Proposals making & presentation skills are mandatory,
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, punctuality are required;
  •  principled personality, and able to complete without close supervision.
  • Confidentiality, honesty, quality of work are from very important skills.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks at onceabilityto maintain good working relationship.
  • Skill how to organize & facilitate team function and to create well oriented team environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in HR Management, management, foreign language or in any related social science field of study; and
  • 4 & aboveyears’ experiences in HR Mgt., out of which years must be on similar managerial position;
  • Work Experiences from well recognized and reputable Business Companies, are advantageous.
