- Report on day to day construction activities
- Keep proper record of machinery and manpower overall or on specific activities
- Keep proper record of actual machine trips and breakdown periods
- Keep proper record of actual production quantities
- Ensure that all data captured is kept physically secure at all times.
- Taking measurements of any work on site for preparing the payment,
