Job Purpose :
The purpose of the job is to insure that the Bank complies with relevant legislations s and regulations and keep Board members informed of
their responsibilities and advising the board on all governance matters. The positions is also responsible for documentation of the Bank’s
bye-laws and provide information on matters of Shareholders.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications and Experience : Master/Bachelor Degree in Law, Organizational Leadership, Management, Business Administration,
Foreign Languages and Literature, Information Sciences, Political Science and International Relations, or any other related field of
study; with 8/10 years of relevant work experience of which there (3) years should be as managerial position in Banking
Knowledge and understanding of the Financial Sector and Banking Industry.
Experiences in editorial, communications and publishing environment are desirable
