1.Purchaser

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess procurement requirements; prepare procurement plans, draft specifications and initiate procurement process;
  • Assist to prepare procurement/tender documents for Concerned Departments;
  • Check quality of deliverables and ensure that procured items are delivered properly as per specification as well as contract agreement and deal with performance evaluation of vendors;
  • Assist to ensure timely procurement of goods/logistical requirement and services through monitoring the procurement progress with the Procurement unit and follow up with vendors;
  • Prepare reports on procurement for Administration Manager and others.
  • Maintain Inventory and records for vehicles, assets, office supplies; and other.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor.

Career Level:  Mid-Level (2+ – 3years experience)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management , Procurement and supply chain Management, Economics, and Accounting and Other related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years previous Human Resource management experience

2.Junior Accountant

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage accounting systems, and supervise assistant accountants and accounts trainees.
  • Deal with bank finance and completion guarantors by finalize all financial records relating to the production and also have to arrange an independent audit.
  • Partner with producers and production managers to create realistic and accurate budgets for assigned programs.
  • Oversee all financial transactions throughout the production lifecycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Manage payroll, petty cash, and vendor payments.
  • Track and monitor program expenses against the budget, identifying and reporting any variances.
  • Generate regular cost reports for producers and executives, keeping them informed of financial progress.
  • Ensure all financial records are accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Facilitate the mailing financial reports and financial documents 
  • Effect per diem payment and maintain proper documentation of such payments
  • Assisting with accounting tasks such as invoicing or tracking purchase order numbers
  • Producing regular financial reports, such as budgets or cash flow forecasts

Career Level:  Junior Level (0-2 years experience)

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in  Accounting, Accounting and Finance or relevant field
  • Ability to work with the team to establish and maintain financial files and ledgers
  • Able to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all records and information entrusted at all times 
  • Handle any other responsibilities as assigned through timely closing and business reporting  
  • Sound Accounting knowledge in addition to Peachtree skill
  • Good computer skills in MS-Office & QuickBooks accounting software with excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical ability, negotiation skill, ability to develop strong working relationship with problem solving aptitude having commercial and business awareness with good communicational skill both in writing and verbal.

3.Junior Human Resources Officer

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the joint Chief, Human Resources Section within the Directorate Division.
  • human resources issues, rules and regulations, job descriptions, clarification on provisions of the Collective Agreement, etc.), Ensure legal compliance on all human resource management activities
  • Involve in employment related contracts for authorization and handle correspondences on post recruitment formalities (medical, police, insurance, maintaining identity cares etc…), Handle all staff insurance and medical matters; prepare related correspondences (renewal of insurance policies, medical contracts, and communication of relevant information, etc.)
  • Manage the employee ID (printing, Issuance + collection at time of contract termination), Manage employee attendance and produce timely report, continuously follow-up and update Job descriptions. Maintain up-to-date and complete bank of job descriptions per employee both soft and hard copy where hard copy shall be maintained in each personal file.
  • In close collaboration with the HR Officer and the HR focal points, provide support to Selection and Recruitment activities including publishing vacancies on job boards, screening applications, representing HR during interviews depending on the level of the positions advertised, preparing selection recommendations
  • Participate in HR related projects including in the area of performance management and provide appropriate HR support to the team
  • In collaboration with other HR colleagues, identify and analyse areas for improvement related to procedures and work processes as well as recurrent issues related to the application of HR regulations, and make recommendations for improvement purposes
  • Follow up administration and control of contracted employees ‘recruitment.
  • Receive loan requests, analyze the necessary pre-condition, and communicate relevant information, Update employee database, ID, personal information, and training.

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Management, Business administration, Human Resource Management, or relevant field
  • 2 -3 years of experience as a junior HR officer or similar HR role
  • knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
  • Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems
