The Spain Seasonal Worker Visa is a temporary work visa under a Spain Employment Permit. This permit allows non-European nationals to carry out seasonal work in Spain in the agriculture, tourism, and hospitality sectors for up to 9 months. As of February 17, 2024, the current minimum wage in Spain is €1,134.00 per month. This applies to all workers, including seasonal workers. This visa is designed to meet temporary labor needs.

  • Get a Job offer from the Spanish Employer.
  • Get a Work and Residence Permit.
  • Arrange Documents.

Get a Work and Residence Permit

Once you have received a Job offer your employer must obtain a work permit from the Provincial Aliens Affairs Office, or any official department of labour from the different Autonomous Communities.

Once the work permit has been authorized, the residence permit is granted together with the work permit by the Provincial Aliens Affairs Office.

Get a Work and Residence Visa

Once the work permit has been authorized, you must apply for a work and residence visa at the Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence which will allow you to enter Spain to work.
