Job Description
This position is responsible for monitoring and carrying out talent development and training needs assessment, identifying training programs and schedules. trainers and follow-up proper execution of their obligations.
Major duties of the Senior Officer, Training and Talent Development
● Compile the skill inventory of the Bank’s employees and periodically updates the database.
● Conduct the training and development need analysis and identify training and development needs in line with the strategy.
● Undertake analysis and compiles profiles of potential trainers for in-house, domestic and abroad trainings
● Avail resources. follows-up the training programs implementation, monitors daily training delivery performance, assesses trainees’ reaction, assesses training evaluation reports and recommends solutions based on feedback received.
● Actively participate in management development, young graduate trainee, leadership programs and other programs. coordinate both internal and external training and follow-up proper execution of both on and off the job training.
● Periodically reviews and follows-up the effective and efficient utilization of training budgets and reports same to the supervisor.
● Conduct induction and orientations for new recruits of the Bank per the induction and orientation manual of the Bank. …etc
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s in Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
Experience:At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent
