Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Management, or any other related field.
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in human resource and administration management in Ethiopia with at least 3 years of NGO experience in human resource management preferably working in International NGOs in Ethiopia
No. of Positions: One (1)
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Base Location: Based In Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to the field

- At least a bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering, Water supply and Environmental Engineering, Hydraulic and Water Resource Engineering, Water Resource and Irrigation Engineering or related fields with relevant experiences.
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in rural water supply and infrastructural development and Hygiene and sanitation preferably in Pastoral and agro-pastoral areas of the country with at least 3 years of NGO experience preferably working in International NGOs in Arid/Semi-Arid Areas
Duration: 1 Year with possible extension
