Position 1: Sr. Trade Service Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Management or related field with Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Job Purpose
- To maximize the Bank’s revenue from import and export trade financing by processing trade finance (import and export) transactions, and providing prompt and quality services to customers.
Position 2: Sr. Property Assessor
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Job Purpose
- To support effective credit decision making in the Bank by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledge for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines
Position 3: Building Contract Management Officer-I
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Job Purpose
- To ensure effective administration of rental contracts adhering to legal and the Bank’s requirements
Position 4: Property Administration Officer-I
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in management, materials management with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Job Purpose
- To administrate and maintain the bank’s properties of all type through registering, insuring, inventorying, and timely disposing.
Position 5: (IFB)Resource Mobilization & Branch Follow-Up Officer-II
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, marketing, Economics or related fields with two (2) years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
Position 6: Property Assessor-II
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Job Purpose

Position 8: Jr. Secretary
- Education: Level IV/Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Secretary with three (3) years of relevant work experience. (COC is Mandatory)
Job Purpose
- To support the smooth functioning of the work unit’s day to day activities by providing effective secretarial and office administration services.
Position 9: Lift Technician
- Education: Level IV or Diploma in Electricity and related fields with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Job Purpose
- Installing, repairing & maintaining of elevator/lifts of Headquarter building.
- Work place: Northern Regional Office – Mekelle, Head Office & City Branches
